     SIZING OF RAW MATERIAL

To improve the efficiency of extraction process it is necessary to reduce the feed particle size to a reasonable range before the raw material is fed to the reactors. For a better extraction the size of the particles shall be in a range of 1mm to 10 mm. A hammer mill can be used for hard materials such as wood chips, bark, stems, roots etc. For soft materials such as flowers, buds etc a typical pulveriser will be sufficient.



      SAW MILL

Saw mill is provided for sizing of the material. The material will be cut into the pieces of desired capacity in saw mill.



     CRUSHER CUM HAMMER MILL

Premium miracle mill comprising of Stainless Steel body, Stainless Steel hood feed tray and specially designed grinding plate to shatter the material to be ground together with one no. Working and one no. Spare Stainless Steel perforated screen as per the requirement. The shop balanced rotor assembly fitted with 36 nos. of four position Stainless Steel AISI 304 hammers supported on heavy duty self aligning ball bearings fitted in a specially designed housing to give trouble free long service.



     PULVERIZER

Premium micro pulveriser, model : pmp-i-auto having grinding chamber of suitable diameter. Diameter, with serrated liners with 06 nos. Hammers, feed screw having speed variation mechanism for feeding screws, hopper for feeding screws, base frame on fabricated frame, perforated screen (2 nos.), air relief balloon, product collection bag, set of v-belts, belt guard, v- pulleys.



     CYCLONE FOR PULVERISER

To collect the dust generated during the operation is separated from the air by cyclone. A cyclone is provided with tangential air inlet, centre tube and detachable cyclone top with tangential air outlet and removable cover on top for cleaning and inspection.

     BAG FILTER

A reverse pulse jet bag filter is fabricated in Stainless Steel construction. It comprises of Top Section Plenum Chamber, Filter Chamber, Filter cartridges, Electric and Pneumatic Controls. With electric control it is possible to adjust the cleaning interval for the bags. Filter bags are with a Sewn in bottom and a stainless snap ring for fastening.



      ROTARY DISCHARGE VALVE (For Cyclone & Pulveriser)

The cyclone and pulveriser is provided with the rotary air lock valves with non clogging design. The valves are operated by a geared motors



      EXHAUST FAN

A centrifugal blower driven by a TEFC motor through V belt and pulleys is provided. The blower is statically and dynamically balanced and is of Mild Steel construction with epoxy painted. The blower is complete with anti-vibration pads, air flow control damper for regulating flow of air.



      DUCTING

  • Pulveriser Outlet to Cyclone- SS 304 with matching Flanges.

EXTRACTION SYSTEM


     REACTORS

Specially designed reactors are provided. The reactor is incorporated with agitator, flush bottom valve, condenser & etc. The material of construction shall be Stainless Steel.



     TRANSFERS CUM RE-CIRCULATION PUMPS

For transferring the slurry from the Vacuum Extractor tank to the slurry holding tank with an arrangement to partially re-circulate the slurry into the slurry holding tank to maintain continuous flow ability and level in the tank.



     INTER CONNECTING PIPES, FITTINGS, VALVES, ETC.

Complete with necessary pipes, unions, bends, tees, valves, pipe supports, etc. for interconnecting various components of the plant based on a compact layout.



     HOLDING TANK

Holding tank is provided with of capacity 300 ltr is provided.



     VIBRO SIFTER

Premium vibro screen, self balancing vibratory screen producing adjustable three plane motion having s.s. contact parts fitted with suitable s.s.-304 wire mesh screen having inbuilt ball tray arrangement comprising of rubber balls and perforated sheet beneath the mesh supported on a rugged fabricated cast steel base designed for floor mounting and from which the vibrating assembly is isolated by a spring assembly complete with 1 hp special vibrating totally enclosed motor with top and bottom eccentric weights and lead scale indicator with top dust cover.

SOLID LIQUID SEPARATION SYSTEM


     BASKET CENTRIFUGE

For solid liquid separation. The outlet of this will be connected to a extract receiving tank where the extract will be collected. One filter cloth of heavy woven fabric. The centrifuge to have a top lifting arrangement.
Once the process of extraction of batches complete the basket will be hook to a device and lifted upwards to transfer the refuge to a discharge area at the end of the monorail.



     EXTRACT RECEIVING TANKS

Extract will be stores in extract holding tanks.



      EXTRACT TRANSFER PUMPS

To transfer the extract from extract receiving tank to the storage tank. The pump will be of sanitary design and provided with mechanical seal. The pump will have TEFC motor fitted with SS shroud with air louvers for cooling and suitable arrangement for cable connections.



     STORAGE TANK

For storage of liquor coming out from the extractor and complete with necessary inlet and outlet valves, fittings and sight glass, etc.



      TRANSFER PUMP

To transfer the extract from storage tank to evaporator balance tank. The pump will be of sanitary design and provided with mechanical seal. The pump will have TEFC motor fitted with SS shroud with air louvers for cooling and suitable arrangement for cable connections.



      LIQUID STORAGE TANKS

Liquid Storage tanks of capacity 2000 ltr is provided. The material of construction shall be Stainless Steel.



     HOLDING TANKS

Holding tanks of capacity 500 ltr is provided. The material of construction shall be Stainless Steel.



      TRANSFER PUMPS

The pumps will be of sanitary design and provided with mechanical seal. The pump will have TEFC motor fitted with SS shroud with air louvers for cooling and suitable arrangement for cable connections.



     HOLDING TANK

Holding tank of capacity 8000 ltr is provided. The material of construction shall be Stainless Steel. The tank is provided with agitator for continuous agitation.



      INTER CONNECTING PIPES, FITTINGS, VALVES, ETC.

Complete with necessary pipes, unions, bends, tees, valves, pipe supports, etc. for interconnecting various components of the plant based on a compact.

EVAPORATION SECTION


     PROCESS DESCRIPTION FOR EVAPORATION SECTION

This scheme will be used for production of Dry total solid solids. This is multiple effect evaporation system. Total THREE effects of evaporation will be supplied. All Heat Exchangers will be Falling Film type evaporators. All effects are provided with circulation cum transfer pumps.
Feed will come to Feed Pre-heater 1-4 & enter in Effect–1. Concentrated liquid will be transferred from Effect -1 to Effect – 2 by circulation cum transfer pump. Same way conc. Solution will flow from Effect -2 to Effect - 3, From Effect-3 solution will be transferred to by circulation cum transfer pump.

Effect-1 will be heated by dry saturated steam. Vapors from Effect-1 will be used for heating Effect-2 & so on up to Effect-3. Effect-3 vapor from vapor liquid separator will be sent to INDIRECT CONTACT TYPE surface condenser. Process Condensate from Effect-1 to 3, as well as surface condenser will be collected in Process Condensate pot & will be transferred to desired location by Process Condensate Pump. This Concentrate will come out as product.




     HIGH PRESSURE NOZZLE ATOMIZATION SYSTEM

The feed from feed tank is fed to the atomization system through a variable speed feed Pump .The atomised particles come in contact with the hot air entering the chamber in a co-current fashion through an air distributor .

The dried product entrained with the exhaust air is separated in a high efficiency cyclone separator and discharged through the rotary air lock valve. The exhaust air is further passed through a wet ventury scrubber for recovering the fines not separated in cyclone. Clean air is then vented to the atmosphere.

The process air is handled by means of two centrifugal fans.
